Our client, a highly respected national business law firm, is growing its Corporate Services team and is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their Calgary office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CORES III accredited Paralegal who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys complex files, and values professional growth.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll support lawyers on a wide range of corporate work, including:

• Drafting resolutions, agreements & share provisions
• Preparing documentation for incorporations, reorganizations, continuances & dissolutions
• Assisting with transaction closings & closing agendas
• Managing corporate records & database updates (ALF)
• Working closely with lawyers for instructions & feedback
• What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate brings:

• 4–5+ years of corporate paralegal experience (large firm experience an asset)
• CORES III accreditation (required)
• Strong understanding of corporate legislation
• Impeccable attention to detail & accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
• A proactive, client-service mindset
