Qualifications and Attributes:

• 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience at a recognized Canadian law firm, particularly in complex commercial litigation, construction disputes, energy-related matters, and arbitration
• Strong academic credentials
• Proactive and initiative-driven
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and drafting skills
• Client-focused with outstanding interpersonal abilities
• Collaborative team player
• Must be qualified to practice law in Canada
