We are seeking an exceptional Mid-Level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their national team of experts in Calgary. What We’re Looking For:

• 2 to 4 years of post-call Commercial Real Estate expertise from a reputable Canadian law firm. In-house experience is also welcomed.
• Transaction Experience - Proficiency in the purchase and sale of investment properties across various asset classes for regional and national investors.
• Development Acumen - Familiarity with development approvals and complex subdivisions for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
• Leasing Expertise - Experience in leasing within the retail, office, and industrial sectors.
• Impeccable interpersonal and client service abilities, strong initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
• Organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple time-sensitive priorities are a must.
• Above average academics and qualified to practice law in Canada.
