Our client is seeking a skilled senior level Commercial Litigation Associate to add to their highly respected Litigation Department in their Edmonton office. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to advance their career within a dynamic and successful practice.   

Qualifications and Attributes:

• 5 to 10 years of post-call experience in complex commercial litigation matters from a reputable national or regional law firm, with extensive experience in assembling complex Affidavits of Records in Relativity.
• A combination of in-house and private practice experience will also be considered.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and drafting skills.
• Client-focused with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Must be qualified to practice law in Canada.
