The Position:

As a key member of their dynamic litigation group, you will provide expert advice on a wide range of matters, including:

• Commercial Litigation 
• Construction Litigation
• Securities Litigation
• Real Estate Litigation
• Employment Law

Qualifications and Attributes:

• 7-12 years of litigation and dispute resolution experience from a national, regional, or reputable boutique firm, with a broad range of experience in litigation being advantageous.
• A combination of private practice and in-house experience is welcome.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating outstanding communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• A client-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal service.
• A law degree and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
