Their employment law team has successfully represented employees across all income levels, advocating against companies both large and small across a broad range of industries. As demand for experienced employment counsel continues to grow, they are expanding their team to meet that need.

They are currently seeking a Plaintiff Employment Lawyer to join their team. This position can be based anywhere in British Columbia.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and respected team established and respected team focused on advocating for employees in complex and meaningful workplace matters. The successful candidate will bring strong litigation experience, sound judgment, and a genuine interest in plaintiff-side employment law.

This role offers full flexibility and can be fully remote, provided the successful candidate  is qualified to practice law in British Columbia.

Qualifications and Attributes:

• 2+ years of experience practicing employment law and/or a combination of employment and  general plaintiff litigation experience
• Experience with employment contracts, executive compensation, workers’ compensation, pay equity, and employment equity would be an asset
• Experience in occupational health and safety prosecutions, human rights, employment  standards, privacy, terminations, layoffs, and workplace investigations would be an asset
• Superior communication and drafting skills with strong attention to detail
• Efficient and highly organized

• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Qualified to practice law in British Columbia (BC Law)
