We are currently seeking a mid-level Construction Litigation Associate to join our clients dynamic Construction Law practice group in their Vancouver office. The successful candidate will bring current and broad experience in construction and general commercial litigation, with the opportunity to develop their career within an expansive practice group. You will benefit from advanced training, mentorship, and significant client exposure.

Qualifications and Attributes:

• 3-7 years of post-call experience in construction litigation and arbitration from a reputable Canadian law firm; a combination of construction and commercial litigation experience is ideal.
• Thorough understanding of construction documents and the litigation process relating to contract awards, construction liens, and related proceedings
• Experience with providing strategic advice to clients throughout the procurement and construction process, with extensive experience guiding owners, developers and contractors through a variety of construction related disputes.
• Exceptional communication and drafting skills, with strong attention to detail
• Efficient, organized, and a collaborative team player
• Client-oriented
• Must be qualified to practice law in Canada

Salary range: 145K - 220K per annum
