The opportunity

The Associate will advise and represent clients on matters involving:

• Environmental and regulatory issues, natural resources and transportation.
• Product liability, professional negligence, insurance, health and privacy.
• Proceedings before British Columbia and Federal courts, as well as administrative tribunals.

What you bring

• Qualified to practise law in British Columbia.
• Two to four years of civil or commercial litigation and regulatory experience.
• Experience with one or more of the practice areas listed above.
• Strong legal research, writing and advocacy skills.
• Sound judgment, initiative and a collaborative approach to client service.
