The Position:

As part of the dynamic business law group, you will provide expert advice on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including:

• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Corporate Finance 
• Capital Markets Transactions
• Project Development
• Transactional Work across various industries

Qualifications and Attributes:

• 5-8 years of corporate commercial experience, including M&A, Private Equity, New Ventures, and Corporate Governance, gained from a national, regional, or reputable boutique firm. 
• A combination of private practice and in-house experience is welcome.
• Self-motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit, with outstanding communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• A client-oriented mindset.
• A law degree and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
