Reporting to the General Counsel, the Senior Corporate & Governance Paralegal plays a key role in providing efficient and effective support to the Legal Department and the Board of Directors. The Senior Corporate & Governance Paralegal has oversight for the efficient functioning of the Legal Department and is responsible for coordinating activities related to the Board of Directors.
Working Conditions:
The Senior Corporate & Governance Paralegal works in a hybrid environment, with the ability to work remotely or from one of our client’s Corporate offices located in Vancouver, BC or Edmonton, AB. The Senior Corporate & Governance Paralegal will be expected to travel on an occasional basis to support in-person meetings and occasionally work weekends and evenings, as required.
