Associate Lawyer - Corporate Energy

Our client is now looking to add a mid to senior level Corporate Energy Associate to their exclusive team of legal experts.

Qualifications and Attributes:

• 3-7 years of corporate/energy experience from a recognized Canadian law firm including;
• Corporate transactional experience - inclusive of drafting and negotiation experience
• M & A experience
• Above average transcripts/academics
• Team player
• Strong work ethic
• Client service orientated
• Canadian qualified
