Our client's busy Vancouver office is now actively seeking to add a talented, mid-level Corporate Associate to join their Emerging and High Growth Companies Group of experts.

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • The successful candidate will have 2-6 years of corporate commercial private practice experience; including experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, New Ventures, Corporate Governance, Technology and Licensing & Commercialization from a reputable law firm.
  • Emerging High Growth Companies experience would be considered an asset
  • Excellent drafting skills
